GLAMGLOW Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer Nude Glow Review

Whether you have pale, dark, medium or fair skin, we all want a natural glow on our face. We are all chasing that elusive glow that we have seen on celebrities but we never seem to have. And then thought that maybe we could never achieve it as we cannot afford the expensive treatments and products they have access to. This isn’t completely true because if you’re aware of the products that will give you the natural illuminating effect that you desire, you will look like your favorite glowing goddess. However, it is imperative to keep away from heavy glitter based products.

GLAMGLOW Mega Illuminating Moisturizer is available in 3 shades. I had received a sample of shade NUDE GLOW with my online Sephora order. It is formulated with vitamins, botanicals, hyaluronic acid, and TEAOXI golden root technology that instantly floods skin with hydration for healthy-looking radiance.

My experience with the product-

You can use this moisturizer on the high points of the face after makeup or you can mix it with the foundation for an overall glowy makeup look. It blends well with the fingers, no brush required. This moisturizer has a soft-focused radiance that allows your face to catch the light for a glowing look. It might give the greasy appearance to the oily skin. For dry or combination skin, it can be used as a primer too. My dull skin looks radiant and naturally dewy when I apply this beneath my foundation. Moreover,  it has a pleasant fruity smell which makes me love this product.

The only drawback of this product is that the glowy effect of it fades away really quick. So, there is a need to reapply every 2-3 hours. Nevertheless, I would like to splurge  $49 on the full-size package.

Pros-

  • Perfect for dull and lifeless skin
  • Gives natural glow
  • Smells good
  • Doesn’t look greasy
  • Suits sensitive skin

Cons-

  • Fades away quickly
  • Would appear greasy on oily skin

MVR Rating- 8/10
