Everyone needs wardrobe change in summers. We like to wear clothes that are easy-fitted and comfortable to slip into. It shouldn’t always be about following trends, however, there’s no harm in trying something new if you’re spending a bomb on designer labels.
Here are some of the trendy outfits to wear this summer that’ll get you through the effing hot weather with style.
Neons never seem to go out of trend. Deepika Padukone seems to love neon green at Cannes 2019. Even Janvi Kapoor was recently spotted in a gorgeous neon gown. A dreamy neon dress is one of those pieces you can throw on, whilst also looking like you’ve made a huge effort. When you can any outfit with neon accessories like sunglasses, bags, or headbands, you’ll look so dang effortless.
One Cold Shoulder
Last year summer was all about off the shoulder tops and dresses. However, one shoulder is a new thing this summer. An effortless one-shoulder top or dress is the perfect solution for a muggy day and the on-trend color scheme will make you stand out in a good way.
This is one of those 60s trends we weren’t sure we wanted to make a comeback. However, polka dots are back in 2019. Major fashion labels like Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera, Celine, Prada, and Jacquemus all went crazy for polka dots this year. We never thought this trend would come back. Nevertheless, many famous celebrities are embracing this trend and creating many statements looks. If you don’t want to experiment with colorful dots, you can go for a black and white dress to create that 60s retro look. Wear a polka dot romper or mini dress and you’re ready for a night out.
Nothing spells the start of summer as much as investing in a floral dress. I love nothing more than pretty prints and colors for summer. The midaxi trend gives a lot of options to experiment with footwear. FYI midaxi is the new length of the dresses, between mini and maxi dress, a few inches below the calf. The best way to pair a medaxi is with pumps.
You can totally wear blazers in summers! Pair a linen blazer and pants or shorts. For a chic look, wear a contrasting crop top. Trying to get away with wearing shorts at the office? This ensemble will do the trick.
If summer to you is all about vibrant colors, get after it in a bright pleated skirt. The midi length with light-weight fabric will keep you comfy. Strappy top or t-shirt and strappy heels will complete the whole ensemble.
What’s super low-key but still pretty without looking like you tried too hard? It’s a white chanderi kurta with white pants. Love a casual all-white look paired with silver accessories, don’t you?
